Where we ship

We ship within France and to every country in the European Union. We do not ship outside the European Union.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 3 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery options

All our parcels are sent with Colissimo, either for collection at a post office or delivered to your home. Charges depend on your order total and your destination.

Collection is from the post office nearest the address you give us.

The Complete Collection of all 6 sauces, at €49.50, therefore ships free to a post office.

Delivery time

Allow 3 to 7 business days within France and 6 to 12 business days within the European Union, from the date of dispatch.

Order tracking

You receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Late or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, write to us at kaathoon.sauce@gmail.com so that we can make the necessary checks with the carrier.

Kaathoon cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs formalities or by carrier disruptions beyond our control.
