In the Medium Chili Sauce category, 70 European sauces went head to head. Kaathoon Chili Sauce took 2nd place and the Gold Medal, climbing to 16th in the global ranking out of more than 370 entries.

Gold Medal in the Chili Paste category, praised for its deep, complex vegetal aromatics, built on ancestral recipes and top-quality natural ingredients.

Freestyle category
Silver Medal in the Freestyle category, rewarding a bold fusion of tropical pineapple heat and artisan spice — and pushing the limits of what a chili sauce can be.
The story behind the medals
