How long does it take to prepare my order?

Orders are prepared within 3 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day.
Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to France and to every country in the European Union.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, write to us before ordering.
How long does delivery take?

Allow 3 to 7 business days within France and 6 to 12 business days within the European Union, from the date of dispatch.
How much does delivery cost?

All our parcels are sent with Colissimo, either for collection at a post office or delivered to your home.

Collection is from the post office nearest the address you give us.

🇫🇷 France

  • Orders under €49 — post office €7, home delivery €10
  • Orders from €49 to €100 — post office collection free, home delivery €5
  • Orders of €101 and over — post office collection and home delivery free

🇪🇺 European Union

  • Orders under €49 — post office €10, home delivery €15
  • Orders from €49 to €100 — post office €5, home delivery €10
  • Orders of €101 and over — post office collection free, home delivery €5

The Complete Collection of all 6 sauces, at €49.50, therefore ships free to a post office.
Can I track my order?

Yes. You receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
What if my parcel is late or lost?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, write to us at kaathoon.sauce@gmail.com so that we can check with the carrier.

Kaathoon cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs formalities or by carrier disruptions beyond our control.
What is your returns policy?

We accept refund requests within 14 days of delivery.

  • Unopened jars are eligible, returned in their original condition, still sealed.
  • Opened jars are not eligible.
  • Jars damaged or broken in transit are refunded without a return: send us photos within 3 days.
  • Original delivery charges and return postage are not refundable.

Write to us at kaathoon.sauce@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within 2 business days, and refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
